Our base is in Los Alamitos, with a dedicated Long Beach service page and other Los Angeles County appointments arranged by request. County coverage does not mean a notary is stationed in every city. Provide the full meeting location and a realistic time window so travel, parking, facility access, and any return deadline can be checked.
Daily appointments: 8 AM–7 PM. Same-day and urgent after-hours requests are subject to availability. Mobile visits and Los Alamitos home-office appointments are available. Office visits require advance booking and confirmation; no walk-ins.
Notary fees and travel
A standard acknowledgment or jurat is $15 per notarized signature. Mobile travel/service fees are based on distance and calculated when your appointment is confirmed. Extended trips, loan packages, hospital visits, and urgent requests are quoted separately.
