Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 1, 2026. These terms govern use of this website and appointment requests made through it.

Website information

This website provides general information about mobile notary and signing services. It is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, lender, title company, document preparer, or agency.

Appointment requests

Submitting a form, message, or call request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after availability, location, identification, document needs, and the applicable quote are agreed. Service may be declined when legal notarial requirements, safety, facility access, or scheduling requirements cannot be met.

Pricing and payment

Any posted or quoted price will identify the charges required for that appointment before it is booked. California notarial fees are regulated. Travel, timing, printing, scanback, courier, parking, and other appointment-related charges, if applicable, will be disclosed in the quote. Taxes or government-imposed charges may be treated separately where applicable.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete documents, ensuring all required signers personally appear with acceptable identification, arranging witnesses when required, and following the instructions of the document recipient or preparer. California Local Notary Service cannot choose documents, determine the legal effect of a document, or decide which notarial certificate a document needs.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or confidential information not needed for an appointment request. Content on this website is owned by or used with permission by California Local Notary Service and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the business or website changes. Questions may be submitted through the online form or by calling 714-224-1822 or texting 714-224-1822.

What we protect

Prepared appointments start with clear expectations.
