Plan an Inland Empire visit before choosing a time
For Inland Empire requests, send the actual city and destination rather than the region alone. Appointments originate from Los Alamitos, so travel availability, traffic, parking and signing duration must fit the agreed window. For hospital visits, arrange facility access first. For loan packages, give us the carrier or return deadline before scheduling. We confirm the travel quote in advance; no immediate-arrival promise is made.
Daily appointments: 8 AM–7 PM. Same-day and urgent after-hours requests are subject to availability. Mobile visits and Los Alamitos home-office appointments are available. Office visits require advance booking and confirmation; no walk-ins.
Notary fees and travel
A standard acknowledgment or jurat is $15 per notarized signature. Mobile travel/service fees are based on distance and calculated when your appointment is confirmed. Extended trips, loan packages, hospital visits, and urgent requests are quoted separately.
